Processing Time
All orders are packed and posted via Australia Post within 2 business days. Order tracking will be available once your order has been dispatched.

DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

Local Pickup – FREE (Perth Customers ONLY)
Select the 'Pickup' option at checkout. Instructions, including the exact pickup address and collection times, will be emailed to you.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE 

  • Standard Post: 2–6+ business days

  • Express Post: 1–3+ business days

NEW ZEALAND

  • Standard Post: 4–7+ business days

  • Express Post: 2–5+ business days

INTERNATIONAL

United States

  • Standard Post: 5-9+ business days

  • Express Post: 3-6+ business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard Post: 4-7+ business days

International shipping rates are calculated based on your order’s total weight and vary by country. These costs will be calculated at checkout.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note the difference between the following:

  • Duties: A % charge based on the type of product and its value 

  • Import Taxes: Like a sales tax or VAT that the destination country charges on top of product price

  • Customs Fees/Brokerage Fees: Administrative costs charged by carriers for clearing the parcel

We now offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for all U.S. orders.
This means that import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and prepaid along with your order.

  • You’ll see a separate line at checkout labelled “Duties & Import Taxes”

  • These fees are collected upfront, so there are no additional charges upon delivery

  • Your parcel will clear U.S. customs faster, reducing delays

If you refuse delivery for any reason (including duty/tax disputes), the parcel may be returned to us at your expense.

 

GST & Taxes (Australia)

All prices listed on our website are in AUD. A 10% GST will be applied to Australian orders at checkout in accordance with Australian tax regulations.

 

OUTSIDE THE U.S.

Additional duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. For more information about these fees, please contact your local post office or government organisation.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Bareity Boutique is not responsible for parcels where the customer refuses to pay customs fees or any customs-issued fees that have not been paid. **Please see our Refund Policy for information on refused deliveries due to unpaid customs fees.

  • Bareity Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by your country’s postal carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered (to the provided address at checkout) by the courier

  • Ensure all address fields are filled out accurately at checkout. Bareity Boutique is not liable for undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Customers are responsible for double-checking their details before completing their purchase.

  • Once your order arrives in the destination country, the local postal service becomes responsible for final delivery. Any delays or issues at this stage are beyond our control, and we recommend contacting the local postal authority directly for further assistance.
  • In the event of postal delays or disruptions beyond our control, we consider 30 business days from dispatch as the threshold for what constitutes a delay beyond a reasonable time, in accordance with ACCC guidance. If your parcel has not been delivered within this period, a full refund, including shipping will be issued.
